At Divine Crafts India, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help with an easy and transparent returns and refund process.

1. Return Eligibility

  • You may initiate a return within 10 calendar days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible, items must be:
    • Unused and in the same condition you received them.
    • In the original packaging with all tags, accessories, and invoices included.
  • Certain products are non-returnable, such as:
    • Customized or made-to-order items.
    • Products marked “No Return” on the product page.
    • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling.

2. Return Process

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos (if the item is damaged/defective).
  3. Our team will confirm return eligibility and share the return shipping instructions.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided by our support team.

3. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to defective, damaged, or wrong items sent, we will cover the return shipping charges.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind or personal preference, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection of the refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges paid at the time of order are non-refundable.
  • In case of prepaid orders, refunds will only be made to the same source account used for payment.

5. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or wrongly shipped.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
  • If already shipped, the order can only be processed as a return.
